The opening ceremonies were informative, and the Affiliate Summit 2006 attendees had the opportunity to listen to Anne Holland, Publisher of MarketingSherpa, Inc, give the keynote address and Q&A on The top 5 affiliate marketing opportunities for 2006. She included detailed reports showing growth within the industry including the growth in affiliate revenues potentially reaching sales of $6.5 billion in 2006! Affiliate Summit Party Highlight!
The place to be was at the Wynn Las Vegas with the PartnerCentric Inc and Digital River’s One Network “Pure Imagination” Chocolate Party! This was a seriously impressive Jaw Dropping event! The music from The RamFunkshus echoed smoothly throughout this elaborate party which included some of the biggest names in affiliate marketing. The Chocolate centerpiece was an elaborate work of art created by the world renowned chocolate chef at the Wynn and it looked like a museum piece of modern art! The Chocolate centerpiece warmly enchanted those who entered after they were handed refreshment from one of the incredible Wynn Las Vegas staff members. The ambiance was highlighted by a visit from cast members from AvenueQ one of the many luminous shows at the Wynn Las Vegas. Many also enjoyed the spacious wide open patio that looked over the expansive Wynn Las Vegas Golf course, as well the 4 or more open bars were constantly being engaged with many a happy party guest. The highlight for me was when Linda Woods President of PartnerCentric Inc enticed the Pepperjam Management team to a dance off competition. The winner’s of the dance off have not yet been determined! However I think that anyone who went to this truly was…. a Winner!
